My passion for fitness and gaining muscle started in my school days. I was somewhat athletic and in awe of bodybuilders and others with buff physiques. So I started spending time at the gym when I was very young. Here, I learned, shared stories, and grew as a person and in physique. I loved the environment, the lifestyle, and was addicted.
This passion continued as I travelled the globe, training professionally under some of the best. So naturally, my friends and colleagues who saw me wanted tips, advice, and guidance to train properly. That’s how it got started. And gradually, the Mr. Dhanuja Makawita way was born!
